New Residential Real Estate Listing Agreement Exclusive Right to Sell (TXR-1101)

Updated: Apr 28, 2020

Good Morning KW Premier! As of May 1st, you are required to use the new Residential Real Estate Listing Agreement Exclusive Right to Sell (TXR-1101).  The form will have a date of 05/01/20. Best Practises would be to begin using it now and to destroy all old forms you may have printed or stored on your computer. As of MAY 1st, the old form dated 2/1/2018 will be obsolete and the file will be returned to you. You will be required to convert to the new form in order to be compliant. The biggest change to the form is the paragraphs about the Clear Cooperation Policy. The form is currently available in DotLoop under the Version Now documents and in Zipforms.  Please check the date on the form to make sure you are choosing the right one in Zipforms as both versions are still available until May 1st. Also changing is the Exclusive Agency Addendum to Listing (TXR-1403) to include the Clear Cooperation Policy as well.  The new date on this form is also 05/01/20. As of MAY 1st, the old form dated 1/7/04 will be obsolete and the file will be returned to you. You will be required to convert to the new form in order to be compliant.
