Change to Policy concerning Electronic Seller's Disclosure

We are making a change to the policy of requiring a handwritten Seller's Disclosure.

As of today, we will now accept the electronic version of the seller's disclosure in your listings. Caution:  Per TXR - Sellers—not their agent—must complete the notice to the best of their belief and knowledge, but they are not required do additional research for the purpose of completing the Seller’s Disclosure Notice.
